How It Started

Grant Construction Inc started in September 2018 with a simple frustration. I'd spent years watching contractors come through jobs with one eye on the clock. They'd finish the work, pack up, and move on to the next address. When I decided to start my own company, I wanted something different. I wanted to build a business where the work mattered because the person doing it cared about the result.

Being Irish, I grew up in a culture where you show up, you do the job right, and you stand behind what you've built. That's not just a saying—it's how people operate. When I came to Media and hung out my shingle, that's the standard I committed to. Early jobs taught me fast that the better contractors don't just know their trade. They listen to what matters to you, they explain what's happening without the jargon, and they show up the same way every day. That foundation has shaped how we approach every stucco remediation, siding installation, remodel, and roofing project since.

What We've Learned
